Resources to support the future workforce

Morgan Sindall Construction believe that working directly with young people today, will contribute to improving positive societal outcomes tomorrow.

Through our work in the community, you will see us supporting employability to address issues of youth unemployment and supporting directly employed apprentices as well as those employed via our supply chain as part of our projects. Finally, working with schools, colleges and universities to deliver quality learning experiences to expand the understanding of careers in construction, whether these are via specific events and careers days, guest lectures, site visits and on and offline work experience.

Below are just some of the resources we have available, however there is so much more! If you are a teacher, carer or work as part of a community initiative or organisation, please get in contact us to discuss how we can work with you.

National Apprenticeship Week

#LookBeyond what you think you know about apprenticeships

The 2020 theme for National Apprenticeship Week was #LookBeyond, we supported the campaign with interviews from our apprentices which saw them sharing what subjects they had pursued at school and how it led to them joining one of our apprentice or degree apprentice programmes.
