Pat Boyle

Pat Boyle

Managing Director Construction
Pat holds overall responsibility for the Morgan Sindall Construction business. A member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), he joined Morgan Sindall in 2014 from Lend Lease, where he was most recently head of its public sector construction division. Prior to this, Pat held various wide-ranging senior level roles within Laing and Laing O’Rourke, including regional director, group HR director and managing director of Select Plant Hire.

Simon Smith

Simon Smith

Managing Director Infrastructure
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with almost 30 years’ multi-sector experience, Simon joined the business in 2011 from Morrison Utility Services where he was commercial director (south) for seven years. He was appointed to the role of managing director of our Nuclear | Energy | Water business in 2013, being promoted to his current role in 2017. Previously he has also worked for Amec and Christiani & Nielsen.

Joe Ledwidge

Joe Ledwidge

Finance Director
A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Joe joined Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure in 2012. He has extensive experience across the construction and services sectors including mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and improvement programmes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation as well as financial and commercial management.

Dawn Moore

Dawn Moore

HR Director
Dawn joined Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure in September 2014 and has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Dawn holds a Masters Degree in HR Management as well as a postgraduate qualification in employment law. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, reward, people development, organisational change and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to joining Morgan Sindall, Dawn held a number of senior HR roles in large organisations including Vesuvius plc, Keepmoat, Northern Foods and Tarmac.

Martin Worthington

Martin Worthington

SHEQ Director
Martin has more than 20 years’ UK and overseas experience across major construction and infrastructure projects in the fields of safety, health, environment and quality. He plays an active role in a number of construction industry forums including the UK Leadership and Worker Engagement Forum, which he chaired from 2007-2012. In addition, Martin coaches Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the use of the forum’s Leadership and Worker Involvement Toolkit.

Simon Arnott

Simon Arnott

Supply Chain Director Construction
Simon joined Morgan Sindall Group in January 2014 as group head of procurement, and operates as supply chain director for Morgan Sindall Construction in addition to his Group responsibilities. Simon joined from Carillion where he was supply chain director and then managing director for a joint venture business. Prior to that, Simon held senior procurement and supply chain management roles at Rolls-Royce plc and Royal Mail Group.

Steve Fullen

Commercial Director Infrastructure
A Chartered Surveyor, Steve joined Morgan Sindall in 2015 and has significant industry knowledge and commercial experience gained through working on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes. Previously Steve held positions at Morrison Construction, Kier, and most recently Costain, where he was divisional commercial director for its Infrastructure business.

Andy Hall

Andy Hall

Managing Director Construction Yorkshire and North East
Andy joined the business in 2015 from GB Group, where he held the role of managing director of its Construction business. Previously he has held several senior commercial and director positions at Laing O’Rourke. With more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge as a business leader with a proven track record of shaping, growing and leading complex construction or property challenges across a wide range of sectors. Andy has a passion for establishing long-lasting relationships founded upon an open, ethical, honest and down-to-earth approach.

Barry Roberts

Barry Roberts

Managing Director Construction North West
Barry joined Morgan Sindall in 2005 as area director for our construction business, being promoted to his current role in 2018. He joined us from Birse Construction, where he worked as operations director in the north west. Barry began his career in 1984 as a graduate trainee with Balfour Beatty, where he progressed to senior engineer working nationwide on a series of large and complex projects.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Sean joined the business in 2016 from Galliford Try, where he held managing director roles for the Central and Northern Home Counties regions. With both operational and commercial experience, Sean has developed and led businesses across a broad range of sectors in construction and development, placing emphasis on employee growth to establish strong, high performing teams that deliver value for our customers.

Sean Bradley

Managing Director Construction London and Home Counties
A chartered MSc-qualified quantity surveyor, Sean joined Morgan Sindall Construction in 2016 from BAM Construct UK, where he held leadership roles in London and the South East. Sean has more than 25 years’ construction experience, with specific emphasis on key account management in both the public and private sectors. He has also worked at framework director level and most notably on Argent’s flagship Kings Cross regeneration development.

Peter Whitmore

Peter Whitmore

Managing Director Construction East
Peter was appointed to his current role managing our Construction East business unit in 2019, joining us from Midas Group, where he worked as divisional director for the southern region. Prior to this he held senior roles at Wates Group, Amec and Laing O'Rourke, starting his career with Laing Construction in its eastern region, where he successfully ran projects for 15 years. Peter joined Amec in 2004 which became part of the Morgan Sindall Group, running the Ipswich office until 2010 before relocating to run the South West business.

Andy Duff

Andy Duff

Managing Director Construction South
Andy joined us in 2015 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, leading teams for major contractors and overseeing public and private sector projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £200 million. He has held framework director roles on several Defence frameworks and Local Authority frameworks, including the Southern Construction Framework. Committed to customer focus, Andy ensures that the company ethos of Perfect Delivery is embedded across his teams.

Stuart Parker

Managing Director Construction Scotland
A structural engineer by training, Stuart joined Morgan Sindall Group in 2009, working for our BakerHicks division as business development director with operational responsibility for Scotland. In 2015 Stuart became business development director for Morgan Sindall’s Construction Scotland business, earning promotion to his current role in 2017. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, Stuart’s sector experience includes education, health, justice, community, commercial, leisure, retail and industrial.

Keith Cannin

Keith Cannin

Managing Director Aviation
A Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years’ experience in consulting and main contracting, Keith joined Morgan Sindall in 2014 from Balfour Beatty, where he led its Aviation business for 10 years. Prior to this Keith worked for Arup and Heery International, and spent several years working on major projects in North Africa. Keith believes that a focus on collaboration and partnering is essential to ensure sustainable customer relationships.

Tim Corrigan

Managing Director Nuclear | Energy | Water
A Chartered Civil Engineer with 35 years’ industry experience both in the UK and abroad, Tim joined our business in 2016 as project director for our Thames Tideway Tunnel joint venture. He was promoted to manage our Nuclear, Energy and Water business in 2017. Previously Tim worked at Kier Group in several roles including as regional managing director in the Caribbean and Middle East.

Paul Gott

Managing Director Highways
A Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Paul joined the business through its acquisition of AMEC Construction in 2007. Having worked in several senior and director positions in our Tunnelling and Infrastructure businesses, he was appointed to his current role in 2017.

Tony O'Donnell

Engineering Director Infrastructure
A Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Tony has more than 30 years’ experience of complex infrastructure schemes and business management. Joining the company in 1994, he has helped win and deliver many of our most significant infrastructure projects, providing confidence to customers and partners in our engineering and technical capability. A member of our Infrastructure Board, Tony leads a highly experienced team of engineering and support functions across the Infrastructure division. He is passionate about the development of emerging talent, leading our ICE training and Quest programme and mentoring young engineers.
