We've been shortlisted for two Inclusive Companies Awards


Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure has been shortlisted for two awards by Inclusive Companies.

The awards showcase organisations who have a truly diverse workforce, and excel in their commitment to quality and inclusion across all strands of diversity.

At the ceremony, which takes place on 28 November 2019, the company will hear the results of categories they have been shortlisted in - the Best Diversity Resource Award category for their diversity and inclusion strategy and HR director, Dawn Moore for the Head of Diversity & Inclusion category. In addition, the company will also hear where they have appeared in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list, after being ranked number 31 in 2018.

The awards are linked to a partner ceremony, the National Diversity Awards, which the team attended on 20 September, having been shortlisted for the Diverse Company of the Year Award.

The company has been developing its diversity and inclusion strategy for more than five years and it is now well and truly embedded as part of the company’s culture. It has received recognition in the past two years from organisations such as Working Families and ENEI (Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion). The company was recently shortlisted in three categories by in their annual Top Employer Awards having been successful at the event in 2017 and 2018, the results of this years’ awards will be presented at a ceremony on 5 November 2019.
