Morgan Sindall wins new £9 million Public Service Village in Hampshire
Morgan Sindall has won a £9 million scheme to create a Public Service Village for Havant Borough Council.
The company will refurbish the existing civic offices in Havant in two phases as part of the scheme. Work will include building a new atrium with a sedum roof.
It will bring together a range of public and voluntary services in one location including housing and homelessness services, community safety, social care, health information and advice for young people.
Work begins this month and is due to complete in April 2012.
