Dawn Moore, hr director said: “Our approach to diversity and inclusion is not only for our business but for the whole construction and infrastructure industry and it is hugely rewarding to be recognised by our peers for our work.
Many of the programmes we have introduced or are continuing to develop have our employees at the heart of them. We’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have played a part in embedding our diversity strategy into the business and making it a success.
We look forward to continuing to share our knowledge and best practice of inclusive working with others to affect positive change in the industry and inspire more people to choose construction and infrastructure as their career path.”
