Morgan Sindall awarded multiple lots on YORcivil2 framework

Morgan Sindall has won multiple lots on the billion pound YORcivil2 framework.

The YORcivil2 framework consists of two separate areas and is scheduled to run for four years with a possible two-year extension. The North and East framework is valued at £324 million and is led by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, whilst the South and West framework is valued at £720 million and led by Sheffield City Council.

On the North and East Framework, Morgan Sindall has been awarded a place on lot 2 Civil Engineering Works £500k to £4 million and lot 4 Civil Engineering Works over £10 million. On the South and West Framework, the company has been awarded lots 3 and 4 Civil Engineering works £500k to £4 million and lot 6 Civil Engineering Works over £10 million.

The YORcivil2 framework provides a procurement route to 22 local authorities, plus other regionally based public sector bodies, to deliver civil engineering works, bridge and structures works, highway surfacing projects and flood defence projects across the Yorkshire and Humber region.
