Morgan Sindall appointed to £600 million East London Solutions framework
Morgan Sindall has won a place on a major built environment and education framework with an expected value of £600 million for the East London Solutions Group.
The East London Solutions Group is a partnership comprising of six East London councils, which formed to deliver and commission shared and collaborative services and products to facilitate improvement.
The framework will be used to commission construction works to schools and other educational premises and other general construction works to a range of public buildings. This includes the managed landscapes between buildings but will not include civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
13 contractors have been appointed places on the framework, which is divided into three lots, according to the value of the works being procured. Each lot is worth an estimated £200 million.
Morgan Sindall joins Lot 2, which will enable the business to bid for works valued at between £3.5 million and £10 million.

The East London Solutions Group comprises, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, London Borough of Havering, London Borough of Newham, London Borough of Redbridge, London Borough of Tower Hamlets, London Borough of Waltham Forest. The framework will also be available to the London Boroughs of Waltham Forest, Bexley, Greenwich, Lewisham, Enfield, and Hackney.
