'Being an apprentice allows me to gain a qualification that I would not have done otherwise.'

Helen Clements, Community Investment Advisor

Why did you choose an apprenticeship?
"This certification will help demonstrate what I have learnt throughout my working life. I also chose this to be a role model to my children, showing them that you can learn no matter what stage of your life. Finally, I’m hoping this will help to progress my career."

Rob Hamilton, Assistant Site Manager

What support do you feel Morgan Sindall Construction gives you?
"You get as much support as you want here, and that’s been really helpful. I have a mentor who’s supporting me through my Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). I also have ten-weekly reviews with the University and operational staff, but everyone mucks in to help – no-one is ever too busy to help."
