This £30 million project for Severn Trent Water involved the construction of a Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) water treatment plant, built on an existing Water Treatment Works. The plant is now able to remove pesticides from the additional blended water at Trimpley Water Treatment Works using GAC filtration technology.
