Loughton Staff Accommodation 

We converted a Grade II-listed disused transformer building into a train crew facility. 

 

Originally constructed in the 1930s, the building was adapted to house offices, meeting rooms, messing and training facilities. We used in-house multi-disciplinary designers to obtain listed building planning consent, produced detailed designs, and provided support throughout the construction period.

 

We completed principal inspections, safe load assessments, together with detailed calculations to the satisfaction of the regulatory authorities.
