Monkton Primary School 

We won an £800,000 contract to extend and alter the existing primary school building.

 

We built a single-storey extension comprising four new classrooms and associated accommodation. We also removed the existing temporary mobile classrooms and an air-raid shelter and modernised the existing buildings.

 

The school remained operational throughout the project so we prioritised health and safety to ensure the welfare of all staff, pupils and visitors.

 

We scheduled all deliveries onto site to avoid school drop off and pick-up times. We also maintained regular communication with staff at the school to minimise disruption to daily routines.
