Bat and Ball Industrial Estate 

This negotiated design and build project involved the extension of an existing occupied warehouse and distribution facility at the Bat and Ball Industrial Estate in Sevenoaks, Kent. The warehouse extension covered an area of 5000 sq ft with a 4.5 metre retaining wall to the side.

 

The structure consisted of a steel frame with external walls with bricks to match the existing internal brickwork. Roof lights were installed with a streamline gutter and down system for the rainwater. The existing fire alarm system was extended into the new area and all external works, including paving to the back of the building, with planting to the road frontage were included.
