Ashford Business Park
The design and construction of five new light industrial units which are subdivided into 24 individual units for PPG Southern Limited at the Ashford Business Park on Foster Road in Kent.
The new industrial units were constructed using a steel portal frame with Kingspan roof sheeting and wall cladding and the ground-bearing slab power floated. The windows are powder coated aluminium and the external doors are steel fire escape doors, with roller shutters to the loading bay areas.
The access road is tarmac and parking bay areas are block paviors.
