Special works

Exceptional service and great long-term relationships with our clients and local suppliers play a major role in the success of our Special Works business. That’s why most of our work comes from repeat clients who we’ve been working with for many years. They include local authorities, schools, emergency services, insurance companies and community-based private and public sector organisations. Our dedicated teams also carry-out small capital works, repair, maintenance and refurbishment projects on local military bases for the Defence Estates.

 

We are particularly proud of our specialist expertise in building conservation projects too. Our teams do a significant amount of refurbishment and renovation work on listed and historic buildings – from the Oxford Colleges to St Edmundsbury Cathedral.
