Our Special Works teams operate from local offices around the country and focus in smaller construction projects, usually up to £1 million in value.

 

These include building alterations, repairs, extensions and refurbishments as well as term and planned maintenance. Many of these works are carried out in live environments and require a sensitive and flexible approach.
