Retail park, Trafford Park

 
Morgan Sindall were appointed to create a new retail park within Manchester's Trafford Park development. The units are occupied by furniture retailer DFS and fast food outlet KFC.
 
We created three new terraced retail units, the largest sized 1,860m2, and constructed all landscaping areas and car parking spaces to serve the development
