Morgan Sindall agreed allocation of projects with Marks & Spencer based on the availability of retail experienced project management, and agreed the best programming of resources to deliver the allocation - i.e. different teams moved from one project to the next on a pre-agreed basis. Morgan Sindall was closely involved at the outset of the store briefing process, working with Marks & Spencer's designers and cost consultants to develop schemes against target costs through carefully managed design development and cost negotiation.
