Marks & Spencer, Edinburgh 

The project consisted of the fit out and refurbishment of 54 Princes Street, Edinburgh to create an enhanced retail environment for Marks & Spencer. The works included formation of central escalator movement through the sales floors from the basement to second floors.
 
The project involved both internal and external works including installation of new signage and CCTV camera, intercom systems and upgrading of general services works. Internal works included structural alterations to floor slabs and stairs and shopfitting works including shop-front entrances, sales floor finishes, backstage finishes, and service areas including toilers and fitting rooms. Existing store lighting and suspended ceilings were also replaced. The works were carried out over four floors (basement to second floor sales) whille the store remained partially operational. In addition, the back of house staff areas were refurbished and reconfigured
