Criterion Arcade, Bournemouth 

We were appointed to carry out a complex re-build of the existing Criterion Arcade. This involved construction of two individual shops with fronts on the main shopping thoroughfare.

 

We retained the façade of the existing Criterion Arcade, then demolished the building behind it. Works included CFA piling, putting up a steel frame, laying concrete floors and laying brick and block walls, as well as applying a sarnafill single-ply membrane roof covering.
