Greens Health & Fitness Club, Cambridge 

We successfully completed the redevelopment and transformation of a Brownfield site to create the first of the De Vere Group’s new ‘stand-alone’ Greens Health and Fitness Clubs to be built in the UK.

 

The original single-storey depot building has been transformed into a state-of-the-art health and fitness facility with a total area of 4,257m². The project involved general demolition and total refurbishment of the existing envelope, excavation to form the swimming pool, and the creation of new piled foundations to support a new mezzanine first-floor gymnasium.

 

The building was fitted out to provide an atrium, reception/foyer, kitchen, health and beauty franchise, and pool hall including a 25-metre leisure pool.
