Water Bottling Plant

Iceni, a new English natural mineral water is drawn from a chalk aquifer that lies deep beneath the south Cambridgeshire countryside in a modern, purpose-built bottling plant which is the most technically advanced plant of its kind in Europe.

The project involved the partial removal of offices to extend the existing production space. The production space was then divided into the filling hall and warehouse using jumbo stud partitions with roller shutter doors.

We created HV and LV electrical switch rooms and acoustic enclosures for compressors and constructed a bunded base for riser, filler and capper units.

The retained offices were refurbished and upgrading of the fabric achieved compliance with Building Regulations. Roof repairs and mechanical and electrical services were also carried out.
