Project Phoenix
Trafford Park is the world’s original, and still its largest, industrial park. Project Phoenix saw the addition of a brand new warehouse and distribution centre for end user Adidas.
Multi-purpose facility
The 354,000ft2 warehouse contains a 173,000ft2 high bay section and a 181,000ft2 low bay section. It includes a mezzanine level which provides additional floor space of approximately 69,000ft2.
The multi-purpose facility also includes a 250-space car park and an integrated two-storey, 20,000ft2 office building which comprises a customer reception, staff rest areas, office administration and packing and despatch areas.
Constructed from a structural steel portal frame, the development features mixed elevations of cladding, masonry and curtain walling. Along with external landscaping delivered by Morgan Ashurst, this combines to create a striking, contemporary façade befitting of its high profile occupant.
