Deb Headquarters, Denby Hall 

We designed and built a new 10,000m² three-storey manufacturing and distribution warehouse which would serve as the global headquarters of Deb Group on the site of a former open cast mine, which has since been filled in.

 

We constructed a large rectangular-shaped industrial building which accommodates office accommodation and laboratories. We also delivered an external healthcare building, as well as a service yard with ancillary buildings, car parking and soft landscaping.
