Doncaster LIFT Primary Healthcare Programme

The new centres offer a range of medical and community services as part of a new wave of ‘super surgeries’ opening up for NHS patients across the country. The new centres accommodate extensive facilities including GP practices and a range of community health services including minor treatment operating facilities, occupational therapy, community dentists, speech and language therapy, audiology, family planning and dietetics. They also feature community facilities such as library, IT, housing and welfare services, social and benefits services and Sure Start facilities.
