Care Community Phase Two 

The works involved the construction of a new special needs community, which included four new seven and nine-bed bungalows and two new blocks of flats.

 

The development is in-keeping with the existing community which was developed in 2003.

 

The traditional method of construction was used which involved brick and block external walls, trussed roofs with tiled roof coverings and blockwork internal partitions. All bungalows and flats were fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms and a mixture of floor coverings.

 

Hard and soft landscaping was provided along with access roads and the completion of the front main access road.
