Tayside Acute Adult Mental Health Development 

Morgan Sindall has been appointed preferred bidder for the NHS Tayside Acute Mental Health Developments project.

 

Working in partnership with NHS Tayside and the North of Scotland Planning Group over an 18-month period, we have developed a design solution which provides a total of 235 bed spaces within a mixture of general adult psychiatry, psychiatry of old age, low secure care services and new medium secure services.

 

A total of 33,000 sq m of mental health facilities will be provided. The design vision for the facilities is to create a place of care, safety and recovery.
