Parliament House

The project involved the refurbishment and extension of the historic Parliament House in Edinburgh which is home to the Supreme Court of  Scotland.  Carried out over three phases the entire 28,000 m sq building was redeveloped. The first phase involved a façade retention on the Exchequer Building with new judges chambers and office accommodation being created. The remaining phases involved the refurbishment of the existing Grand Hall and Courtrooms with extensive works to the fabric of the building and mechanical and electrical services throughout.
