Montefiore Halls of Residence Southampton University 

Construction of new student residences, providing accommodation for 159 students in the form of three, four-storey buildings, the extension of the existing single-storey reception building, plus associated external hard and soft landscaping.

 

Each building will comprise of bedrooms, communal kitchens and ancillary spaces. The buildings will be constructed using a modularised system delivered to site and erected with internal finishes complete within the bedroom units. The external cladding and roof will be installed on site.
