Ann's Court, Selwyn College 

This design and build project was procured using the two-stage route. This is the first of potentially four-phases of work that Morgan Sindall will be involved with for this client. Phase one commenced with an enabling package consisting of the construction of a new car parking area, drainage works and services installations, and demolition of an existing detached dwelling used for student accommodation.
