Esteem is Morgan Sindall's consortium tailored for Hull BSF bringing together three equal partners with a range of experience and expertise across BSF including investment, development, large scale construction and FM to deliver the best package for Hull.
The three partners, Morgan Sindall Investments, the Sewell Group and Robertsons Capital Projects have formed a Local Education Partnership (LEP) bringing a blend of local and national business skills and capacity to service the construction and facilities management programme Once formed the LEP is responsible for investment, development, design, construction ICT, and facilities management and services including educational expertise and change management support for all the schools involved in the programme.
