Berrick Saul Building
Construction of a new humanities and educational research centre for the University of York, named the Berrick Saul Building.
The contract was to construct a main 2,449m² post-graduate study centre which provides a large open study space and office accommodation on the ground and mezzanine levels, and further research offices on the first and second floors with state of the art IT and AV facilities. A circular, three-storey building of 618m² containing a 150-seat tiered lecture theatre and hi tech study office space is connected to the main building via a two-storey link walkway.
