The works involved the design and construction of a new three-storey wing block to the existing main Roehampton Vale building, together with essential internal alterations to rooms within the existing building effected by the construction of the new wing block.
The building is finished to a fitted out standard with all internal partitioning, ceilings, walls and floor finishes, fixtures and fittings. ICT cabling laid in the floor void and risers with IT racks in an IT cabinet room and all plumbing, mechanical, electrical, protective and communication services installations.
