By involving us at the earliest design stages, we can work with you to deliver your project faster and more cost-effectively. For example, we’ll suggest modular building strategies, find opportunities for product standardisation and find ways to reduce construction time through techniques such as off-site prefabrication.

 

You’ll find our construction approach is consultative and flexible. We work to understand your college environment and programme our works sensitively and safely around campus activities to minimise disruption.  

We want to build strong and positive relationships within the communities we work. We believe in stakeholder involvement and work hard at ensuring that our construction approach reflects this and it’s important to us to employ local people and suppliers wherever we can on our projects.

 

We’re also proactive when it comes to creating learning opportunities for your students by taking part in construction careers days, skills training initiatives, talks and presentations.
