Bracknell & Wokingham College 

This design and build contract will see Morgan Sindall construct an eight-storey reinforced concrete frame building.

 

It will feature general classroom areas, IT classrooms, learning resource centre, sports hall, public and staff/student restaurants and other ancillary space. A three-storey steel-frame building will also be constructed to house classrooms and a motor vehicle workshop. The two buildings will cover a total area of 16,332m².

 

Associated external works including site roads, hardstandings, car parking, drainage, services and hard and soft landscaping.

 

Work is due for completion January 2010.
