The office block works comprise of a steel frame loaded onto beams on a pile foundation. The external façade is curtain walling and a small amount of cladding. The office block is generally open plan with a central core comprising three lifts, a staircase and toilet. The plant room is on the roof. The internal finishings include raised floors and suspended ceilings.

 

The steel-framed research and development building is an empty shell with Kingspan cladding and a mezzanine floor.
