Mere Grange

We undertook extensive infrastructure work for all phases including public realm and landscaping works. The existing sloping site has been remodelled on a ‘cut and fill’ basis providing distinct plateaus to enable the building works.

 

Phase 1 features 10 modern, self-contained office units ranging between 3,200 ft² to 8,100 ft² in size. With flexibility in mind, the units are designed as semi-detached but can be combined to provide detached units with a larger footprint.
