We undertook the design, development and construction of a new Customer Services Centre for Alliance & Leicester in Narborough, Leicester.
The detailed design development, based on the concept design of consultants appointed by Alliance & Leicester, provides 23,000m² of office floor space within five distinctive three and four-storey buildings.
The buildings provide a high quality internal environment and comfortable work space. The buildings include a spacious restaurant, on-site shop and banking facilities, jogging tracks, parking for 1,250 cars, covered bicycle sheds and a 4,000m² lake
