Pat Boyle

Pat Boyle

Managing Director Construction
Pat holds overall responsibility for Morgan Sindall’s construction business. A member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), he joined Morgan Sindall in 2014 from Lend Lease, where he was most recently head of their public sector construction division. Prior to this, Pat held various wide-ranging senior level roles within Laing and Laing O’Rourke, including regional director, group HR director and managing director of Select Plant Hire.

Nick Fletcher

Nick Fletcher

Managing Director Infrastructure
Nick is a chartered civil engineer with over 25 years’ UK and international experience. A Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), he holds overall responsibility for Morgan Sindall’s Aviation, Highways and General Civils, Rail, Major Projects and Utility Services businesses, in addition to Board responsibilities for Magnor Plant. Nick joined Morgan Sindall in 2014 from Laing O’Rourke where he was most recently operations director of its infrastructure division. Prior to this, he was managing director of Laing O’Rourke Ireland.

Joe Ledwidge

Joe Ledwidge

Finance Director
A member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), Joe joined Morgan Sindall in 2012. He has extensive experience across the construction and services sectors including mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and improvement programmes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation as well as financial and commercial management.

Andrew Pace

Andrew Pace

Executive Director
Andrew joined Morgan Sindall in 2016 to provide strategic support across the business, bringing experience spanning regional construction and major infrastructure projects. He has held leadership roles with ISG, Balfour Beatty and John Laing, in addition to senior international positions with Reed Elsevier and Rio Tinto.

Sharon Chrippes

Sharon Chrippes

Commercial Director Construction
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Sharon joined the company in 1996 as a quantity surveyor, working through various management roles and holding senior management positions for the past 12 years. Appointed to her current role in 2015, previously Sharon worked as Commercial Director for the Construction business in the North of England. She has more than 25 years’ experience across a variety of procurement routes and project values.

Steve Fullen

Steve Fullen

Commercial Director Infrastructure
A Chartered Surveyor, Steve joined Morgan Sindall in 2015 and has significant industry knowledge and commercial experience gained through working on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes. Previously Steve held positions at Morrison Construction, Kier, and most recently Costain, where he was Divisional Commercial Director for the company’s Infrastructure business.

Andy Hall

Managing Director Construction North
Andy joined the business in April 2015 from GB Group, where he held the role of Managing Director of its Construction business. Previously he has held several senior commercial and director positions at Laing O’Rourke. With more than 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, he brings with him a wealth of knowledge as a business leader with a proven track record of shaping, growing and leading complex construction or property challenges across a wide range of sectors. Andy has a passion for establishing long-lasting relationships founded upon an open, ethical, honest and down-to-earth approach.

Sean Bowles

Managing Director Construction Central
A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Sean joined Morgan Sindall in 2016 from Galliford Try, where he held Managing Director roles for the Central and Northern Home Counties regions. With both operational and commercial experience, Sean has developed and led businesses across a broad range of sectors in construction and development, placing emphasis on employee growth to establish strong, high performing teams that deliver value for our customers.

Sean Bradley

Sean Bradley

Managing Director Construction London and Home Counties
A chartered MSc-qualified quantity surveyor, Sean joined Morgan Sindall in 2016 from BAM Construct UK, where he held leadership roles in London and the South East. Sean has more than 25 years’ construction experience, with specific emphasis on key account management in both the public and private sectors. He has also worked at Framework Director level and most notably on Argent’s flagship Kings Cross regeneration development.

Saul Humphrey

Managing Director Construction East Anglia
Saul joined the business in January 2017 from R G Carter where he had been the director responsible for its Eastern region. Saul has an MSc in Construction Management from Heriot Watt University and a Doctorate (PhD) in Construction Procurement and Economics from Loughborough University. A chartered surveyor, chartered builder, chartered arbitrator and an honorary fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Saul has more than 30 years’ industry experience. He is committed to creating a culture that prioritises excellent people relationships to consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.

Andy Duff

Andy Duff

Managing Director Construction South
Andy joined Morgan Sindall in 2015 and has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, leading teams for major contractors and overseeing public and private sector projects from £100k to £200m. He has held Framework Director roles on several Defence frameworks and Local Authority frameworks, including the Southern Construction Framework. Committed to customer focus, Andy ensures that the company ethos of Perfect Delivery is embedded across his teams.

Harry Thorburn

Harry Thorburn

Managing Director Scotland
Harry commenced his career as a site engineer and quickly progressed to senior management level. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, he has held a senior management position for over 16 years. His civil engineering background provides him with an excellent understanding of the key challenges faced by projects and he has extensive partnering experience, overseeing some of the largest educational frameworks in the country. Harry is also experienced in partnering within the rail sector.

Keith Cannin

Keith Cannin

Managing Director Aviation
A Chartered Civil Engineer with 30 years’ experience in consulting and main contracting, Keith joined Morgan Sindall in 2014 from Balfour Beatty, where he led its Aviation business for 10 years. Prior to this Keith worked for Arup and Heery International, and spent several years working on major projects in North Africa. Keith believes that a focus on collaboration and partnering is essential to ensure sustainable customer relationships.

Managing Director Rail
A chartered engineer, Andrew has 15 years’ experience in project management, planning and project engineering roles on multidiscipline rail projects of all sizes. He joined Morgan Sindall in 2016 from Taylor Woodrow, where he worked as senior project manager, delivering schemes for customers including Crossrail and Network Rail.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 20 years’ multi-sector experience, Simon joined Morgan Sindall in 2011 from Morrison Utility Services where he was commercial director (south) for seven years. He was appointed to his current role in 2013. Previously he also worked for Amec and Christiani & Nielsen.

Paul Gott

Paul Gott

Managing Director Major Projects
A Chartered Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Paul joined Morgan Sindall through the acquisition of AMEC Construction in 2007, working as Highways and Energy Director until his move to the Tunnelling business in 2012. Paul is responsible for the interests of Morgan Sindall in the delivery of high profile tunnelling and infrastructure projects including Lee Tunnel for Thames Water and C510 Whitechapel and Liverpool Street Station Tunnels for Crossrail.

Bill Gifford

Bill Gifford

Managing Director Highways and General Civils
Bill has a First Class Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation (CIHT). He joined Morgan Sindall in November 2013 as Water Sector Director before progressing to his current role. His experience covers a 25 year career across a broad section of sectors and customers such as the Highways Agency, Network Rail, Defence Estates and a range of local authorities and transport executives. He specialises in nurturing customer relationships and fostering high-performing teams.

Martin Worthington

Martin Worthington

SHEQ Director
Martin has more than 20 years’ UK and overseas experience across major construction and infrastructure projects in the fields of safety, health, environment and quality. He plays an active role in a number of construction industry forums including the UK Leadership and Worker Engagement Forum, which he chaired from 2007-2012. In addition, Martin coaches Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) on the use of the forum’s Leadership and Worker Involvement Toolkit.

Mark Ramessa

Mark Ramessa

Supply Chain Director
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) and current CIOB Chairman for the West Midlands, Mark holds responsibility for Morgan Sindall’s procurement and supply chain. With an Honours Degree in Construction Management, his experience covers over 25 years of commercial and supply chain management with a drive for procurement improvement. He joined Morgan Sindall in 2015 from BAM Construction, where he held responsibility for their national supply chain strategy.

Dawn Moore

Dawn Moore

HR Director
Dawn joined Morgan Sindall in September 2014 and has more than 20 years of Human Resources experience. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Dawn holds a Masters Degree in HR Management as well as a postgraduate qualification in employment law. Her areas of expertise include employee relations, reward, people development, organisational change and mergers/acquisitions. Prior to joining Morgan Sindall, Dawn held a number of senior HR roles in large organisations including Vesuvius plc, Keepmoat, Northern Foods and Tarmac. She is also currently a non-executive director with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
