Morgan Sindall is celebrating after becoming the first national construction company in the UK to receive an award which recognises exceptional customer service.

The company has scooped the Putting the Customer First accolade – the National Standard for Customer Service.

The award, presented to Danny Murray, Morgan Sindall managing director of Construction North, demonstrates Morgan Sindall’s proven ability to achieve and maintain an outstanding level of service for its customers throughout the north of England.

“We are delighted to be officially recognised as a Customer First organisation,” says Danny. “We are committed to putting our customers first on all of our projects and we are thrilled that this essence of our business has been highlighted.

“We are constantly looking at ways to ensure our services are tailored to meet the specific needs of our customers, which is why we created the new Morgan Sindall brand earlier this year. The new business brings together all our expertise in construction and infrastructure so we can be the best at meeting customers’ construction needs in a seamless approach.

Morgan Sindall was assessed independently by Quantum Assessment Services on three key areas of focus – Building Customer Relationships, Maximising Market Awareness and Developing Your People.
