- STEMNET to inspire young people studying science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Our staff demonstrate the breadth of careers available in our industry, developing their own skills and helping us to support the next generation
- Remploy to support those with disabilities, enabling them to realise their full potential and supporting them back to work

- Women Into Construction, an independent not-for-profit organisation that promotes gender equality in construction
