All of our monthly-paid employees are entitled to the following company benefits:
Competitive salary
Salaries are normally reviewed annually in January.
26 days holiday (in addition to UK bank holidays)
The holiday year runs from January 1 to December 3 and entitlement increases with length of service to a maximum of 30 days.
Contributory company pension scheme
The company operates the Morgan Sindall Retirement Benefits Plan for all employees deemed eligible under the scheme. The scheme is voluntary and should you decide to join the scheme the Company will contribute a sum matched to your own contribution, up to a company-prescribed maximum level.
Life assurance cover
From the date you join the Company, you will be covered by the Company’s life assurance scheme which has a benefit of four times your annual salary.
Private health insurance
Employees are entitled to private health cover following a one year qualifying period.
Company car benefit
Morgan Sindall offers a company car, car scheme or car allowance for those employees whose job roles attract this benefit.
Subsistence
If, during your career with Morgan Sindall, you are required to live and work away from your permanent residence in order to fulfil operational requirements, you will normally be entitled to receive a subsistence payment.
Non-contractual benefits
Professional memberships
Morgan Sindall will pay one fee payable per year from the company register of approved professional bodies.
Car sharing scheme
Morgan Sindall will pay any car driver for collecting and carrying passengers to a Morgan Sindall office location that subscribes to the scheme. Where a car driver opts to cycle to work, use public transport or walk rather than drive, the same incentive will be paid.
Long service awards
Morgan Sindall offers a loyalty gift to members of staff who achieve 10, 25 and 40 years’ continuous service with the Company.
Eye tests for VDU users – voucher scheme
Company employees who use VDU equipment and require an eye test may apply for a voucher which will pay for this.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Our employee assistance programme offers unlimited telephone counselling to all employees. Support and counselling is available for personal problems and concerns and where these relate to financial or legal matters, relevant advice may be sought.
Child care vouchers
Morgan Sindall operates a child care voucher scheme for all our employees. This scheme is administered by an external provider that specialises in this area.
