Being safe is of paramount importance to all of us at Morgan Sindall. We see it as critical that our people, and those who are affected by our activities, benefit from an incident-free environment.

This is reflected in our approach of 100% Safe. 100% Safe is integrated into our business strategy and we will ensure that our customers, supply chain, employees and the public all benefit from our commitment to being safe.

At Morgan Sindall, we have in place robust ‘close the gap’ plans that are developed from our results and subsequent learning, and have seen real success in recent years in the continual improvement of our safety, health and environmental performance.

We use a range of tools, including presentations, videos, fact sheets, posters and toolbox talks to ensure that a consistent message about 100% Safe is communicated.

What is 100% Safe?

A culture where everyone is committed. A positive safe culture takes time and effort to build. Everyone should be involved. We ask our colleagues: “Think about what you can do. How can you get involved?”

A goal to secure an incident free environment. Being safe is, and always will be, about keeping people and environments safe. We don’t want anyone to get hurt.

Part of our business strategy. Being safe is vital in all we do. It is part and parcel of who we are, what we do and how we do it. It’s not merely an ‘add-on’.
